How to sign Up for CERT Training:
You may contact the Cordelia Fire District Office at (707) 864-0468 to sign up for this course.
LIMITED TO 40 PARTICIPANTS

Below is a typical schedule of CERT Training held in Spring. Please note that it’s very important for participants to attend all three sessions in order to gain the full scope and benefit of the training.

Typical CERT training schedule:

6:30 pm – 9:00 pm
Welcome / Introductions
Unit 1 – Disaster Preparedness
Unit 2 – Disaster Fire Suppression

8:30 am – 5 pm
Unit 3 & 4 – Disaster Medical Operations, Part 1 & 2
Unit 5 – Light Search and Rescue

8:30 am – 5 pm
Unit 6 – Disaster Psychology and Team Organization
Unit 7 – Course Review and Disaster simulation
Graduation!

Location:
All sessions will be held at the Cordelia Fire District “Fire Hall” Station 31 located at 2155 Cordelia Rd.
